Dear SOBATAM Pool member,

The benefit activation date for those who registered up to 04/01/2022 is around the corner (06/29/2022). Please take the time to verify that your information on file is complete  and accurate:

• Your full name as in a government issued document
• Day and month of birth. We do not need the year of birth
• At least one beneficiary name provided
• Primary residence is USA or Canada and the information is provided.

Please pay your provision of $100 before the end of the 90-day waiting period. The $100 provision is your money. It will be used to pay your contributions if a member deceases. Any remaining funds will be given back to you if you leave SOBATAM. You can pay your provision via Zelle at finances@sobatam-na.org. Add in the Zelle transfer memo your name and "SOBATAM Pool provision" 

Also make sure you are not enrolled with SOBATAM more than once. Please  note that a member who enrolls  more than once,  will only receive the benefit for one enrollment. The benefit may be denied altogether if  it is established  that the multiple-enrollment was intentional.
